     The author dispenses with any childish notion that non-rich commoners have anything to offer Tangerine Palpatine but their obedience. And if they fail him in any way, they must expect to be punished.

     Also note that the Republican insistence that early voting is suspect has been banished into the land of we-never-said-THAT.
