Whereas people like me can pick a very nice bike at 25% discount (or 42% if youโre higher rate). Horse before the cart.
@cstross amazing that in this article they manage not to name the people who were in charge of the Home Office during that period, specifically: Priti Patel, Suella Braverman and (briefly) Grant Shapps.
