It looks like 'CORNICES CENTRE®' are about to discover what the Streisand effect is. That’s 'CORNICES CENTRE®', whose driver apparently can’t overtake a cyclist in a safe fashion.

@Geoff @Nicovel0 it doesn't really matter what you think. The van is legally in the wrong. Very silly of the company to draw attention to their driver's bad behaviour.

@Nicovel0 so cyclist is deliberately driving in the centre of the road rather than moving into the left lane that appears to be there for his use (as per the cyclist in front of him). Seems like he's looking for footage, frankly.
As for "close pass", when I was a cyclist I had a bus drive next to me so close that I had to duck to not be knocked out by its wing mirrors. _That_ was a close pass. This looks more like "you only gave him 1m".

@CloudyMrs @Nicovel0 well if you're trying to stir up some social media aggression against someone who was just trying to get on with their day and had to put up with some Karen of a cyclist who refused to move into the left lane correctly so he could pass safely, then it definitely matters if "people" think he was in the wrong.
