@tchambers I fell in love with it since the beginning. For a time, when Google killed Reader and started promoting that AMP shit it looked like it was agonizing. Same with podcasts, they started to fade, and suddenly, both had a resurgence. I couldn’t be happier! Now you younger guys need to embrace forums again, get rid of that short video shit thing and make a healthier internet for yourselves. 🤣

@MastodonEngineering Nice! I hope you find a great candidate for the position. Sadly for me, I haven’t led UX teams or I’ll apply for it. But I’m sure there must be someone with the required skill set. Cheers!

@Gargron @randahl Exactly. And in my view, the ones “punished” are Threads users, who see their abilities limited. Mastodon users can see and reply to everything, so I don’t feel like we’re the ones limited or punished. We have total freedom and control.
