I recall Trump promising to build a wall.

I just did not think it was a wall around the Epstein files.

In 24 hours we have gone from, "The Epstein files are a hoax" to "Democrats are in the Epstein files, we demand a full investigation".

How convenient — now Trump can say they are investigating the Epstein files, and then slow walk that investigation forever while ensuring Trump is not investigated. All the while any request for public oversight can be denied on the grounds of there being an ongoing investigation.

If only The Nobel Committee had a corruption prize Trump could win.

There are 195 countries in the world. Trump is currently threatening military action against Venezuela and Greenland (part of Denmark).

Why these two countries?

Picture 1: Venezuela ranks number 1 in oil reserves.

Picture 2: Greenland ranks number 8 in rare earth deposits.

Maybe Greenland is safe for now, because Denmark is a member of NATO. But Venezuela is not, and that is where 10 of the largest US war ships are now launching “Operation Southern Spear”.

In Novorossiysk the oil export facilities at the port are wondering if starting a war with Ukraine was a good idea.

Trump's intimidation campaign against freedom of speech seems to have inspired a politician in Denmark.

After a political debate, the leader of the far right anti-immigration party Dansk Folkeparti, Morten Messerschmidt, is now suing the leader of The Social Liberal Party, Martin Lidegaard, to keep him from stating that Dansk Folkeparti wants to build internment camps for people of color.

Several legal experts have stated, the case has no merit, as similar historic cases have all been lost.

He is now trying to distance himself from the fact that under his minority leadership, 8 out of 45 Democratic Senators caved and voted to end the Government shutdown — as if he, the Senate minority leader was not in ANY way involved in that decision.

Would a strong leader not have united the Democrats to continue the shutdown until Trump had allow a continuation of healthcare? Would a strong leader not at least have reprimanded the 8 defectors?

I feared this day was coming — this is the first site I see closing down, because Google has stolen their content.

The owners of this cycling inspiration site asks: What is the reason to continue creating content, when Google just steals it and serves it as AI answers to keep all the traffic to itself?

The Trump regime has now attacked 16 vessels in international waters, killing 66 individuals whom the regime suspected were criminals.

66 people.

Gone.

No investigation. No arrests. No charges. No trial.

It is REALLY difficult to watch their statements about the importance of this war, and not question the political decision to NOT have our professional soldiers on the ground.

Spends 40 billion dollars bailing out Argentina, then claims poor American’s cannot have food stamps, because his government has to “stay liquid”.

This thread is worth reading if you are a Google docs user.

Short version: When you export a document from Google Docs, Google replaces all your hyperlinks with links that allows Google to monitor the interactions of everyone you share your document with.

This hidden link replacement can potentially be used to build a model of your professional relations, where people who interact more with your content are considered a stronger relation.
