imagine being an instructional designer getting paid full time not to train staff. that's my team. somehow still busy all day -- just with emails, and not being allowed to train teams to use or fulfill or install any of the new software products we are releasing back to back.
it is an unusual choice to see a company devalue staff training to a "sales training only" rule. nobody can do shit! not even sales, because there is no support behind anything.
