@FlashMobOfOne I've had the opposite experience, which is to say I've been permanently locked out of an email & former Amazon account because they demanded I use my "other" method, just to login & I don't keep that other updated by their schedule. Maybe if they'd allow the "other" to be something other than a phone number, it wouldn't be such a problem but between the phone number & the still frequent push of captchas. I find #2FA to be nothing better than an annoyance set, generally worse. #Technology

@Fragglemuppet That's just it, I've yet to see a business that actually isn't in any way a supporter of some form of the big government & big corporate mergers --- even when it's just in what days they're open that promote Christian privilege, big tech as their app is only on Google/apple as their only way to buy from them with a no exception face mask mandate or that app as their only way to get coupons, or they're got a police & military discount.

As a homesteader I know there is a path I can take that'd let me, as it does others, pretty completely avoid all of the above entanglements on the up front level but even there, if I earn enough money from what'd be described as small scale side businesses where I'd only be selling to people in person, I'd be then doing bookkeeping to help my household on the tax front.

This is why if such a list was ever to be created to even somewhat cover this issue, it would need categories for people to understand & agree to what point of this they'd bend to. Many I think would bend on Google/Apple/Microsoft & use of a smartphone, but I'm among those who won't.

I would like to see something like this started though, especially laid out on a map, because it'd at least help people to really see how overwhelming an issue set this is.

@Fragglemuppet I mean all of big tech has contracts with big government, so unless you've got an open source hardware, open source OS &open source or at least small company owned software for all apps of a smartphone & similar with your laptop &/or desktop &/or tablet computer - then you're utilizing a fascist element of our society.

Beyond which most celebrities use publicity agencies that have contracts with government agencies & thusly they're also engaged in this.

Many store types having virtual monopolies & govt contracts are likewise participants in this corporate/government merger.

There are at least a significant number of restaurants that don't have govt contracts & thusly aren't fascist.

Products depending upon their type can have many non-fascist parts/examples.

I don't quite understand the point in a website just for tracking what is fascist, as opposed to a independent & small business directory showing the few entities that aren't, but I'm hoping I at least added some principles to help get you to your answers.

Met a helpful neighbor looking to get rid of some of his native flowers, when I'm in real need of adding pollinators to my gardens.

Looks like I'm one small step closer to building the ladder, as those new clamps seem to work.

An email today is saying I'm one step closer to getting proof of the rumor set I was given about a month ago.

@FlashMobOfOne to get close enough to a herd of bison to annoy or anger any of them is quite an accomplishment, annoying/angering them being a second achievement for this clown

*I really believe this sort of behavior should earn the individuals doing it, the stepping back of people nearby to allow them to become food for the wildlife.

@Fragglemuppet -like millions of other men.....

Many foods have at least a few their nutrients lessened/destroyed by cooking btw (like vitamins B, C & potassium), even as the cooking process makes some nutrients (like beta carotene) more bioavailable, so that generality on cooking is particularly awful... because it's really "which nutrients do you most need now" as that's a part of why "a balanced diet" in concept makes sense.

@Fragglemuppet The main problem with 2 of these 3 of these statements is how very vague they are.
Some fruits have more vital nutrients than some vegetables without question, but likewise some grains, nuts & legumes have more vital nutrients than almost all fruits and vegetables. Another standard of "healthier" beyond how many vital nutrients a food has can legitimately be considered "how much of the most commonly needed nutrients food has" which would have this order different from that other standard. Genetic differences do alter how much of which nutrients are best for individual people which complicates this even more, beyond if any what medical problems they have, their life phase and how physically active, or not, they are.

Also individual nutrients almost never act on a person's health on their own, which is why so many studies on individual ones completely fail in replicability to determine the answer to seemingly simple questions as "Is X good or bad for Alpha?"

@Fragglemuppet From my 100s of hours of study on this berries, which I think most people would put in the "fruit" category, are often "healthier" in the dimension of "most diversity of nutrients" but vegetables are often "healthier" than fruits because they've got more in quantity of a few nutrients.... & that definitely has exceptions.

@Fragglemuppet *I hope this didn't seem dodgy of me but it's sort of a pet peeve of mine, hating how people tend to browbeat eachother & advertisers deliberately help cover for these differences in definitions, of "what's healthier & thusly better".

There's definitely more specifics you can dig into but it bottom lines as "eat what makes your system behave it's best, as that's what's healthiest" ! And understand that could have 20 completely different answers among the same number of people.

@FlashMobOfOne Messes like this make me wonder why the Constables On Patrol haven't been abolished yet.

Even if was to consider this alleged shoplifting to be a real crime (which I don't) the violent crime & major vehicular damages, combined with endangering the lives of others, is a far bigger crime set than the alleged petty theft.

If we are to develop any degree of sensibility in our legal & judicial systems, we should ban all vehicular chases for anything but violent criminal activities (rape, murder & manslaughter) & replace them with recording the license plates & their faces to then find their addresses & send sheriff's to deliver the tickets or otherwise retrieve them for formal charges placed against them.

@FlashMobOfOne I really think it's wonderful you can but at least 1/2 the year, more like 2/3rds, I can't lift over about 30lbs, which makes bulk purchase handling require more equipment, beyond space & there are millions of people like me.

My spouse would likewise need help for bulk purchasing handling.

In the disability arena it's a rather ridiculous cliff set, not just in the : SSI/SSDI vs not, but in the :need help & supervision on everyday tasks continually vs can do everything on their own to make living independently cheap

And btw - I've never ballot cast for a Republicrat in my life.

@FlashMobOfOne It is a privilege set to be able to buy in bulk, to any sizable degree. SNAP not being accepted at most places that you can order/buy bulk orders, and as soon as you get beyond spices, for the many #disabled who can't lift &/or handle in bulk quantities, even if we manage to save for said purchases, we can't do them over said restriction set.

Not to say that there aren't work arounds for some things that can work for some people but they're rare.

This is a mainstay of why I eyeroll &/or laugh at pretty much every set of "money saving tips" I see pushed by what amount to petite bougie clowns, who all inevitably include "you must buy in bulk" and thusly have all the space, equipment & physical abilities to handle doing so.

Similar to all the people in the world of "prepping/homesteading" who include this huge segment of their setups with at least $10,000 needed for their pressure canning setups alone, another $3,000 minimum on their dehydrator setups, grain storage & processing another $4,000....(Nevermind those pushing freeze driers in a pure paid ad thing.)

Glad you can do it but understand many can't.

    @FlashMobOfOne

Much of why it's not effective in what it pushes as "correct guesses" is because at best those guesses are built via messes of studies, with the same degrees of obvious flaws as this one https://assemblag.es/@theluddite/114101071020285137

So it's definitely tracking/data mining you but as ridiculous as the modeling is, there's not much of a chance it'll ever give you something you actually want.

*I'm among the majority of this trend with you btw, as amongst the most common add pushes I get is for "discount airline tickets/travel", international mostly when I've never had an adult passport & doubt I'll ever go on an airplane again (it's been over 20 years since I've been on a plane).

@Fragglemuppet Tov & Dr Prager's, unfortunately my area doesn't sell much of either, (my main requirements being they be kosher & not have msg nor mushrooms in them) which is why within the next year or so, I'm going to build a setup to make my own frozen & reheat meals in the summer & fall for the mostly winters I use them in.
