I think I will continue with my practice of not doing that donation (& reserve the right to my irritation with the whole process, because it definitely feels like they're trying to guilt me into making a donation—which I freely concede may well be more about me than the corporation.)

What's the custom when adding people to a List. Is it customary to ask them first? (Are Lists visible to anyone but the list-maker?)
