I read Isaac Asimov's Foundation series over 40 years ago. However, I recall a character called The Mule who could telepathically change people's minds to do what he wanted. He used his power to seize control of the galaxy as a dictator.

The part I remember was how he wanted people to love him without having to mentally "twist" their minds, because he knew that love from someone forced wasn't authentic.

He's BEGGING to be held in contempt for violating his pre-trial conditions.
The DOJ will be very careful too not look like they are prosecuting Democrats political opponents.

However, if he DOES break the law, there should be consequences!

Give #Bannon a warning. He'll double down! Get him on the record for his intent. Then, when the prosecutors' family get death threats, link them to directly Bannon! Charge him! Have some self respect DOJ!

#Bannon is out on pre-trial release for his Dec. 9 trial on charges he defrauded Trump supporters to fund a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border. This is what he said today.

The prosecutors should determine if he is violating ANY of his pre-trial conditions. #Bannon & #Trump aren't in charge of the #DOJ -- yet.

#Rudy #Giuliani was under oath in court today to explain why he hasn't turned over his assets to Freeman & Moss. The judge described Giuliani's responses to asset inquiries as "farcical."
But there were NO cameras in the courtroom, but there WERE cameras outside & Rudy wasn't under oath then when he LIED & claimed political persecution in the $148M case he LOST to #Freeman & #Moss.

Rudy's lawyer said he couldn't show up in person for the hearing because he has to do a podcast, & all the recording equipment is in his condo in Florida. A Judge ordered #Rudy #Giuliani to hand over this Mercedes to Ruby Freeman & Shaye Moss by October 29th. He didn't.

Today, Nov 5th, he showed up at Trump's polling place in West Palm Beach being driven in this car.

Grand Theft auto in the 1st Degree in Florida is punishable by up to 30 years of prison time, including a $10,000 maximum fine. These penalties are applicable if the property has a value of $100,000 or more.

JUST IN: Ruby Freeman & Shaye Moss say they think Rudy #Giuliani is hiding his property from them in violation of court orders. The judge in their case is demanding Rudy show up in person for a hearing Thursday

Freeman and Moss took possession of his penthouse last week, they probably changed the locks.

This is relevant because today #Rudy showed up to Trump’s polling station in the Mercedes convertible he was ordered to surrender to them.

I'm looking for action today from any of the judges who have released Trump on bail. Since he's running for President he'll say, "It's just 'political speech"
But as @glennkirschner2 has explained over and over, because of his pre-trial status in felony convictions, his speech has limits.

We can't just throw up our hands and say, "Well wait until the election!" I want the judges to look at this and have a ruling on this. Because I don't think he'll stop making threats.

Great News! When we have won #defamation cases for big money, I hear, "Yah, good luck getting them to pay." #Rudy tried, he lied & failed.

Yes, it takes time.
But #RubyFreeman & Moss also won against OAN & Gateway Pundit. They were sealed, so we don't know the amount. But they also included stipulations to remove ALL the defaming information.
