Der ICD11 wird in Deutschland wahrscheinlich erst 2027 wirklich in Kraft treten. Es gibt bisher keine offizielle deutsche Version davon.

Bis dahin werden viele Autist*innen nach ICD10 mit F84.5 Asperger-Syndrom diagnostiziert. Und beileibe nicht jede*r möchte sich mit Hans Asperger in Zusammenhang gebracht wissen.
Ich finde das langsam schwierig.

I work at a special ambulance for ASD in adulthood. My colleagues agree that when they get a pile of questionnaires full of handwritten notes with questions about the items and explanations why this answer is ticked and not the next one to the right, they could as well end the diagnostics and state it’s ASD. 🙂

Das Insulin einer Kundin ist nicht lieferbar. Sie ist offensichtlich überfordert und verängstigt.

Die Apotheken-Chefin steht völlig abgegrenzt lächelnd hinter ihrer Theke. Sie würde verstehen, dass Insulin lebenswichtig ist, aber die Kundin müsse sie auch verstehen, sie hätten keine Kapazität rumzutelefonieren... 🙂

Ich bin fassungslos.
