   Calling ISP tech support because their website is useless.
   
   -"Hi, what's your SMTP server address?"
   -"Our what?"
   -"SMTP? For outgoing email?"
   -"I can set you up with an email address but I don't think you can use this sort of protocol."
   -"This proto... it's just standard email protocol. You definitely have this server."
   -"This is internet support, if you need our server hosting support, that's a different department. "
   -"No, I'm pretty sure basic email configuration belongs to your department."
   -"I'll check and get back to you."

   I ended up finding the SMTP address myself.

     ISP called back and was still kind of lost, but I helped by giving them the answers I already found on my own.
     
     Hearing my ISP telling me that asking for POP3/IMAP/SMTP information instead of "just using the email website" (their webmail) is "highly unusual and not really supported" made me really sad just now.
     
     I think I need some tea.

     @niclas @rberger they have multiple domains. It wasn't really easy to determine which one was for customer email shenanigans.
