Happy #Equinox all. Went for a dawn swim to mark the occasion.

As tomorrow is the Spring Equinox I’m contemplating early to watch the sunrise and have a dip in the sea as it comes up.

Have been feeling sorry for myself since last week as have been very unwell. Saw a Dr and I have a viral upper respiratory tract infection (cough) AND pharyngitis (strep throat) at the same time. Joy oh joy. Have antibiotics and a week off work.

@andyc @silkevicious one of the guys that got stabbed I know to talk to as he goes to Whitehawk matches as well as Albion home and away. He still made the match last night and thankfully was just a small flesh wound. Utterly lovely guy, wouldn’t start trouble with anyone ever. And yes saw a few coins and vapes flying over but seems that par for the course there. The stewards didn’t seem particularly interested or inclined to intervene.

Gave blood last night and during the donation it was fine but when they took the tube out my arm really started to hurt. Still painful now, think they jabbed a bit too much with the needle.

After going out clubbing last night I’ll mainly be wearing this badge today.

I seem to have forgotten I’m middle aged and have tickets to a club night tonight that starts at 11pm. I’m usually in bed by then so am trying to work out how to stay up!

@goatsarah @purplepadma @lnr @karohemd there’s someone in my office that keeps the milk for their tea in one of those bottles used for expressing breast milk into! Genius move as no one nicks it. As for milk pigs’ milk must have been tried as cows were among the last animals to be milked by humans (look at the size of them if you’re wondering why). Shop near me sells camels’ milk so I can only guess pig milk doesn’t taste nice.
