Interesting indeed. I have no idea what pig's milk is like because it's not something that is generally available and I have no idea how practical milking pigs is. I would guess that it's richer than the milk from cows, sheep or goats? I eat pork so I would definitely try. -

Genius move as no one nicks it. As for milk pigs’ milk must have been tried as cows were among the last animals to be milked by humans (look at the size of them if you’re wondering why). Shop near me sells camels’ milk so I can only guess pig milk doesn’t taste nice.
