@sickburnbro I looked up the details. Her husband which was in the US illegally left in 2010 to go through the consular process in El Salvador at which point his visa was denied. She sued and found out that the consular officer viewed some of her husband's tattoos as marks of gang affiliation and rejected him for that. Later an appeals court sides with her, but Biden admin argued that "she can leave the US and live where ever". Finally supreme court denied her today. The irony is that had the husband kept staying in the US illegally he would now be covered by the the Biden spouse amnesty. The illegals will think, why risk leave the US for the legal process when the government will reward illegal behavior eventually. We've ended up incentivizing illegal behavior even more. What I can't shake is as if that has been the government's plan all along.

@sickburnbro These are the grounds for visa refusal. Any attorney with half a brain could've told her. The onus is on her husband to prove otherwise, but I don't think El Salvador gives correspondence privileges to inmates at Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo. 😏
