VASAviation released a new video in relation to the #aviation accident over the Potomac River—24 hours before you can see a similar incident playing out where the ATC collision alarm was trigger **three times in a row** for a single helicopter.

In safety critical systems, alarm fatigue is a real problem where alarms sound so often that the operator begins to tune them out. The USCSB has talked about this exact issue in a couple of their investigations.

Don't forget you can always ask for help on the areas of PixelFed, Loops, FediDB, and Sup that need help. I think a lot of people on Mastodon would love to help out on their favorite projects, but analysis paralysis prevents them from knowing where to start.

@docpop @Blisterexe @mozilla the most worrying aspect for me is that Firefox never used Mastodon, they post on threads, but they do not use the Fediverse integration.
