This is a reminder of how many harmful drug interactions are caused by grapefruit.

Occasioned by my reading a first-aid book that includes the dangerously wrong line "no medicine causes harm just because it is taken with certain foods".

Again: Do not combine many medications with grapefruit.

I have just started reading "When the Clock Broke", John Ganz' new history of the proliferation of white supremacist conspiracists in the United States in the late 1980s and early 1990s, many of whom we are still having to deal with: https://us.macmillan.com/books/9780374605445/whentheclockbroke/

Unsurprisingly; Ganz starts with Reagan's election and presidency because it contributed to that too.

After moving back to Minnesota in 2022, I heard from someone in local government that they had been watching @UnicornRiot during the 2020 uprising because that was one way to understand what was actually happening in the Twin Cities.

On follow-up; #C43XT81 was confirmed to _ not _ be an impactor.

It passed by about 1400 km above the ground.

Its close approach today has now been measured to have been 7726 ± 2 km from Earth's center of mass.

I recall how Elon Musk was apparently so horrific a bully as a teenager that when one of his targets shoved him down a flight of stairs in response; even Musk's father admitted that it was justified.

NEWS: I led nearly 100 House Democrats in a letter urging the House Ethics Committee to release the Gaetz report immediately.

I will not be sharing any meals with them any time soon.

This is also self-interest on my part.

If someone is going to support lack of food safety; it becomes hard for me to trust any food they prepare.
