    @Humpleupagus @NotoriousDOG @Omega_Variant @Comatoast @demitasse Interesting. I've been using AVNC, um... sonething that had a red logo and a really generic name, and now Steam Link (which only works over wifi for sone fucking reason), but I like some of the other features listed there.

    @alex My first cell phone WAS a smart phone. It was some old Palm Phone with a monochrome LCD screen and text-only internet access. I can't remember the model name of it but the touch screen had a flip down cover that had phone keypad buttons on half the cover and a window on the other half so you could see the time and read texts. Now that I am remembering it I wonder if some autist around here can ID it.

    IIRC it got stolen from me by some Mexican friend of a friend when I was down in Miami for a while. He also stole a bunch of PS2 and Xbox games, if that tells you how long ago that was, but I had already dropped Sprint the year prior, so the phone was basically a paperweight at that point. He was also apparently adept at stealing stuff from his Walmart job, including rather sizeable flat screen TVs.

    A long time after that I had a knockoff Blackberry from LG. Pic related.

    I'm on... I think my fourth Android phone now, I don't know, they've all been provided to me over the last several years, so I don't really pay mucg attention to which exactly they are.

    @xianc78 @xianc78 @ryo Nothing wrong with Mint. It's great if you just want something out of the box that works or you want to dip someone elseps toes in to Linux.

    I got my wife comfortable with not only Mint but with dual booting a couple of years ago, to include the fact that Windows will refuse to show her anything on the Linux side.
