Mrs. Davis on #peacocktv is interesting. Vibes of Preacher, Da Vinci Code, Lodge 49, Person of Interest, etc. w enough blasphemy, faith, seriousness, silliness, promise, paranoia to appeal to many.

Season 1 starts w intrigue and slips to more funny stuff. Funny soon becomes silly (but appropriate), then corny (somewhat a turnoff), and then faith dominates. Paranoia added throughout.

The tech reveal at the end is apt for present day and I appreciate that.

I give it 3 stars.

I recently found out I have access to Peacock (Premium?) for the next few months. I wonder what's worth watching on it.

Recommendations welcome in these genres: thriller, suspense, mystery, sci-fi, comedy, historical, drama.

Movies preferred, but shows are OK too.

The odds of winning each of those games separately is apparently 1 in 3.5 million. I wonder what the odds of the same person winning both those games are, especially in consecutive calendar years.

* Always root for India
* Root for Pakistan if match is not against India or the outcome is crucial for India
* Root against Australia except if the outcome is crucial for India
* Maintain disdain for England, but prefer them over Australia
* Have goodwill for New Zealand
* Feel for other teams but maintain vigil just in case
* Hope ESPN+ has respect for paying customers
