Vibes of Preacher, Da Vinci Code, Lodge 49, Person of Interest, etc. w enough blasphemy, faith, seriousness, silliness, promise, paranoia to appeal to many.</p><p>Season 1 starts w intrigue and slips to more funny stuff. Funny soon becomes silly (but appropriate), then corny (somewhat a turnoff), and then faith dominates.
