We've passed the halfway mark and it sometimes feels like the second act has barely even started. This is a strange pace.

VFX definitely the star of this show for me. But maybe the last 30 minutes will have more going on and be more interesting

One of my favorite things about movies from the 70s are sustained shots. This movie doesn't have particularly long ones, but compared to modern movies which often cut on <1s timescales, it's practically contemplative.
