The latest MAGA attack calling Tim Walz “Tampon Tim” because he signed a bill into law as Minnesota governor that makes menstrual products freely available to all students is just so telling.
Because they want teenage girls to feel ashamed and helpless when they get their period unexpectedly. Because they think anything having to do with natural bodily functions as it relates to FEMALES is icky, worthy of ridicule. Because THEY are scared of tampons.

They don’t understand empathy.

I'm watching the White Dudes for #Harris zoom call on YouTube, and it's really touching to see all these white men rally around a WOC presidential candidate and advocate for each other, all the women in their lives, labor unions, political activism, etc. It's heartwarming to see men lift each other up and create a culture of male positivity.

Never thought I'd say it, definitely never thought I would see it. This feels way more inclusive than most clubs for white men.

So many people (esp. above-average intelligence white men) mistake hard work & discipline for innate ability when it comes to creative endeavors, b/c they were told from an early age they were smart when they got good grades w/o trying. So when they encounter something they’re not immediately good at, they give up too readily b/c they’ve never had to really work hard at anything before.
