@Paradox Jersey Mike's menu works this way. All of their basic sandwiches are low numbers, and all of the "combination" sandwiches are just number + number. @jaythvv The problem with a list like this is that after the first two albums, I could rank the next 13 in basically any order. Something HAS to be #13, but the gap between 13 and 1, is smaller than the gap between 13 and 14.
