If I was an advisor to Putin, I would essentially tell him just bomb every single drone factory to the rubble and then roll in the tanks.

If these drones are being imported by sea or air freight, identify those logistics companies, find the people running them, kidnap them and get the intel needed to disrupt and destroy that network.

If its 90% drone on human warfare at this point, then using air supremacy to bomb drone shipments seem like the only logical step to me.
