You cannot keep thinking about these things and putting this much thought into them. It's going to happen no matter what you think, do or say. This is just how society is, even if this is all happening inorganically (and it is). But if you have to feel so strongly, put that effort from feeling into something more positive and constructive for yourself. Remember that the world is like that, but you don't have to be.
