     Sometimes I think the whole "if you aren't expending every moment of your energy in naming and shaming than you are part of the problem!" People don't understand it's just an energy suck. We need to expend our energy building our families and communities. Growing the Church and spreading the faith. That's not say say we don't have a right to be angry and to speak truth to power but don't let it take so much of you that you don't also have time to love and to build. Living with hate only is no way to live.

     @missjanedoe We all should try to do this more. A few years ago, I cut back on my internet usage because I noticed I kept getting into "outrage porn". Not actually pornography in the literal sense, but the spiral of rage inducing things that were so popular in the early "alt right" days >IMAGINE MOI SHAWK!!!

     @Bunsen @missjanedoe That's a good point, and it's something I thought about when I was trying to check myself on this. My conclusion, and you're free to disagree, is that spending too much time on wickedness has almost the same affect as being unaware and can actually do more harm to the race. My logic is that a clueless person can luck out and not he victimized and be rather successful materially, socially, etc. A hyper noticer can become too preoccupied, demoralized, or even self sabotaging in an effort to "accelerate". If you're trying to convince other people and build good things, will you be more or less capable of that if others around you see you as having your life in order or as a perpetually angry wignat? Would you rather take advice from a racist who has a decent job and family or one that never works because "he doesn't want his tax dollars buying missiles for Israel"?

     The hate is mostly self-destructive and counterproductive after one is very sure of the jewish geopolitical situation from 1913 to the present at least. We get enough hatred naturally just by being White and loving God. Using that energy wisely, getting organized, building those positive foundations, etc., are what we need. Sitting at a computer and clenching one's self with rage reading smoloko memes and is no way to go through life.

It is natural and even necessary to hate that which threatens what you love in the same way pain is natural and necessary to keep you from hurting yourself. Touching an open flame causes pain. In response you jerk your hand back before more damage is done. If a group of people is threatening your children you will hate them. That hate will motivate you to protect your children from that threat.
     
     Not hating the things and people that threaten your children does not make you virtuous, it makes you a bad parent. The same example can be extended to apply to your whole family, yourself, your community, and your culture. Hate that erupts without reason is unhealthy, but then again, any emotion that is acted upon without just cause tends to be unhealthy. Like, say, continued tolerance and love expressed by a battered wife towards an abusive husband, or by an individual towards other people who reliably abuse him/her.
     
     Loving your enemies doesn't mean you lay down and let them destroy you. It means you keep hoping they turn from evil and embrace a more righteous path, even as you smite their evil ass for threatening you and other innocent people. When contemplating what would Jesus do in this situation, remember going ham and beating the ever loving shit out of people with whips is one of the options.
