I've got a Ninja. I used to make protein smoothies back when I was into powerlifting: 1 cup of milk, a handful of ice cubes, a banana, a few strawberries, and a little Stevia to sweeten it up a bit, and instead of using some kind of meathead junk goyslop protein powder, I cracked open a half dozen eggs for around 40 grams of high quality protein. I drank 2 a day when I was hitting the weights hard. They taste great and I grew like a weed.

I miss when I had my ninja blender 😏 I would stock up on all kinds of frozen fruit and fresh fruit with fresh cilantro, whole milk and malted milk powder. Id make smoothies with all that and they were addicting. I don't know how healthy they were but they were satisfactory delicious
