@cassidyclown there are, I have seen fighter jet "furries", the broader category is called "anthros". I have also see art of dragons fucking fighter jets and cars.
NGL there are certain things I really wish I was cured of but I feel like I wouldn't be me if I wasn't autistic and I get enough benefits out of it that it's hard to wish it away completely, as I feel like it would be wishing myself away.
That being said I do hope my kids aren't autistic, or at most just very mildly.
I was close to becoming one, considered myself a feminist and anti-racist as a kid but they were just too fucking stupid and I saw too many instances of their stupidity that I started asking questions and then youtube recommended me a sargon of akkad video on feminism and as a direct consequence of that I became a White supremacist.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@cassidyclown@parker@bot@Moon@RustyCrab I was kind of the opposite. I watched The Amazing Atheist and he kept making videos about how retarded feminists are but I thought the feminists he made fun of had a point.
I mean there wasn't a lot of explicit "you are bad" but a lot of it was implicit and stressed how Whites were privileged because of it and it was our duty to learn/understand what happened.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@cassidyclown@parker@bot@Moon@RustyCrab Here we went to historical sites like where battles took place or to residential schools and we were told about how the kids were taken from their home and tortured and how we took their land. Maybe it did affect me since I was a dedicated sjw for years.
@RustyCrab@PurpCat@cassidyclown@parker@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon I am from Canada. They taught us about colonialism and residential schools and about indigenous history, but it was never framed as "you should be guilty," or "you need to make up for this." It was always just historical.
@hidden@PurpCat@cassidyclown@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams
When I was in kindergarten I had a dream that the (black) Spanish teacher told us we were going to do an exercise to make up for past racial oppression and she separated all the White kids from the rest and made us sit and watch all the other kids play and told us we weren't allowed to have fun. She kept yelling and being cruel to one of the White girls who was fiddling with her hair because that playing with something and the White kids weren't supposed to.
@hidden@PurpCat@cassidyclown@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon No, I'd get up, and could walk around and talk to people fine, but the dream would still continue. I'd see a monster sitting on the toilet, or the earth floating above me, or the flesh would be rotting off my hands, that kind of thing.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@cassidyclown@parker@bot@Moon I have a recurring nightmare where I try to walk home from school for Summer or Winter break and there's just an infinite void beyond the school and I'm stuck there forever :comeonboy:
@hidden@PurpCat@cassidyclown@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon I used to have a recurring night terror (waking dream/hallucination) where I'd be in the vacuum of space, couldn't breathe, and the earth would be rolling towards me to crush me. They ended when I was 16 though.
Yeah, everyone wants to be a leader or an island of a man and not a follower. Can't say I'm different but I would be able to take a backseat to someone who I felt had genuine greatness even if I didn't always agree.
Same, most of the good socialization I got came from things outside of school. Modern school environments are just shit for anything social.
>normies don't care about privacy See this is something I think most people miss, the average person is a normie and that will never change, and if it did society would collapse. The easy going normie with interests in popular things and a high default trust for institutions who can relate to others over shallow topics is what makes society function.
So often dissidents think we can "fix" normies by convincing them to become paranoid autists who base their entire lifestyle on achieving petty victories against the system, but that's impossible and doesn't actually lead to a better world or happier lives.
Also yeah, autistic people need to be forced to socialize with others face to face, as much as we hate it.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@hidden@cassidyclown@bot@Moon It's also why we can't organize or accomplish anything whatsoever in terms of larger goals, since autists hate other autists as much as well-adjusted people do, and we refuse to ever agree, or coordinate, or compromise.
Forcing the development of social skills would be great, though that's not something the current educational system is capable of. Since for me, it came from public speaking, debate, having to volunteer at shelters, old folks homes, etc., more than it came from being in a classroom with a very artificially constructed subset of the population.
As far as "curing autism" (or really just social incompetence in the majority of cases) goes, I found being forced to do public speaking & debate as a kid was great. I mean, I despised it, but it turned out to be really good for me.
@hidden@cassidyclown@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon I'd be a boring ass normie if I had normie interests both in hobbies and which fictional characters I'm obsessed with.
I don't want to just wake up and think "but I ate breakfast".
@PurpCat@cassidyclown@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon There is much more to a person than having niche hobbies or liking niche anime characters. "Normies," can be really interesting as long as they're well developed individuals
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@cassidyclown@bot@Moon I used to feel that way, I'm proud of who I am. But I reflected on it and realised how much it's affected my life and how hard it's made a lot of things. Maybe I'd feel differently if I was some wfh programmer, and if I had a less messed up life and more support growing up. But as it is it really feels like playing life on hardcore mode
I never would have spoken to such an evil person at all if I had not lapsed myself, so it’s my fault for caring in that sense. But now there is nothing else to do.
@eris@PurpCat@hidden@cassidyclown@AlbinoMutant@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon@RustyCrab Going around saying "I forgive you" unprompted to others who never asked for forgiveness in the first place is one of the most condescendingly cunty things a person can do. No one wants to repent or join a Church with that kind of behaviour in it.
Well you should just give up on marriage cus I don't think any woman is going to hear "all sex in marriage is consensual" and still see you as a candidate for marriage.
I don't know much about saints but I do know that they tend to be less hateful and spiteful than you are, so if you genuinely wish to become one you should stop harassing people who have wronged you and instead find forgiveness for them in your heart.
The catholic church is gay and jewish. I agree marriage should come first but the age of marriage isn't justified based on some institutions opinion but on if the person is mature enough to understand the commitment they are making and has the ability to discern if the match is right.
I just love how right before he did all that political shit he sperged out at someone and called them a pedo because they told him the political shit was a bad idea, and then his political shit collapsed because the media dug up a video of him saying "it depends on the child" when talking about 11 year olds having sex with adults.
Yeah a big part of some classes is take home projects so that would be hard. Maybe they could, you know, actually do the work in the class instead and let the kids have a childhood outside of school 😝
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@hidden@cassidyclown@Shirei@Leaflord@parker@bot@Moon Yeah I think "equitable grading" for English class would look like - Still have essays / reports / writing projects but be more flexible with the due date and allow multiple attempts. (Some teachers basically already do this by allowing multiple "revisions" and only taking the final one as the official grade.) - Get rid of quizzes that are like "read chapter 17 by this friday and get asked what was the color of the window curtains because we want to make sure you read it." - Have more time for the projects in class (like Kitler said), so that students who can't do it at home (for whatever reason) aren't penalized for that. Sounds like decent ideas to me. Maybe I'm projecting onto it what I want to see, idk.
IDK if this would have effected me much because I always got my homework done but maybe I'd have an excuse to not do it and that would have made me happier.
The one example of something labeled "equitable" which I actually support 100%.
Also: The shape rotator vs. wordcel debate is a fake issue manufactured by the ruling class to keep the peasants fighting amongst themselves. The real battle lines - the only ones that have ever existed - are drawn between autistics, on whom all progress depends, and non-autistics. In our world, the sheep grow fat as the shepherds starve.
>be me >child >wake up at 7 so I can take a 40 minute bus ride to a prison-looking concrete compound where I have to sit still for almost 8 hours while listening to easy lessons that are repeated ad nauseum for the benefit of retards who still don't understand it >40 minute bus ride home >have to do more of what I did at school, but at home
The other thing is that ChatGPT can fail the turing test pretty bad, so you can structure an essay question in such a way that ChatGPT won't provide and answer that'll give a passing grade answer.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@ai@hidden@cassidyclown@Shirei@Leaflord@bot@Moon If you leave America, you'll just be dealing with the same problems, but in two generations down the road. Staying here could put you in a good position to have a head start on the other side of the Kali Yuga.
Well on a personal level I can make enough money to support a wife who wants to stay home, my problem is more finding a country that's not fucking gay because I don't want to raise a kid in fucking america.
Also I tend to think of how to fix things on a societal level because, well, I care about the whole of society and at the end of the day we're in the same boat as the normies and no matter how nice we make out rooms when they crash the whole thing we go down too.
Deport the immigrants, use government power to destroy the media promoting career women, create media promoting motherhood to women. Offer strong tax breaks and other incentives to couples with one stay at home parent.
Problem could be under control in one, maybe two generations.
@KitlerIs6@PurpCat@ai@hidden@cassidyclown@Shirei@Leaflord@bot@Moon In lieu of waiting for the government to fix things (a miracle), we just need to organize on the same level as the Hutterites. Make a colony, which is much more capital efficient - allowing the women to not have to work jobs - and the problem would be solved this generation. But therein lies the original topic of our thread, the autists can't organize problem.
@hidden@PurpCat@ai@cassidyclown@Shirei@Leaflord@KitlerIs6@bot@Moon I don't know how we'd undo the Women's Right to Work & immigration-Induced wageslavery though. Maybe move to El Salvador where they're getting rid of various taxes, or another similarly up-and-coming country.
@hidden@KitlerIs6@Leaflord@Moon@PurpCat@Shirei@ai@bot@cassidyclown But really, it's just rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. There's the homeschooled (or maybe fancy private schooled) Übermenschen and the public-schooled goycattle, and no amount of changes to curriculum or testing will ever change that.
