#Today it’s chilly 38deg F or 3.33 C (used my calculator) for my friends in far away lands, you know who you are ??. It was sleeting a wee bit, but now raining.This morning is my usual long #Wednesday workout. But the fun begins in afternoon when I’m privledged to visit my tooth sleuth. It’s been a while, at least a yr before the Plague slammed us. Probably xrays, maybe fixing a broken uncrowned filling when my heathy snack, appropriately called The Kind Bar fractured my molar. Catch you later.

#Today I deliver my grandson to his mom in town. We are at the Duck park having lunch and laughing at the silly duck and geese antics. Very mouthy critters!
Sunny, windy, but nice temperature. We’ve had a wonderful weekend together, as we always do.
I snuck in a weight workout before we left and will finish cardio this afternoon.

Sorry that sucks, but there will be no surgical intervention without PT first, insurance rule. In 2015 PT/steroid shot has helped me avoid knee replacement so far. I continue with those exercises to this day most everyday. You strengthen your quads so your knees are not stressed. I keep my worst knee wrapped while exercising. I still have flare-ups that’s when I ice them and it’s painful but usually short lived. It takes some time but worth it. You’re so young to have it replaced.

#Today Happy March 1st good people! A beautiful day in the woodlands of MO with high temps in the mid 60s. My guy is going to fire up the BBQ and we will indulge in what we consider our steak, salmon?.Maybe even a glass of wine/music while he’s grilling on Daddios Patio??
Yesterday there were 2 Canadian geese on the edge on the lake ‘neckin’ every year she sits on the eggs and every damn year raccoons eat them for breakfast. I know it’s the food chain but nature is sometimes so sad. See ya later

Well it’s all fun and games with Dommie until he kicks into predatory mode and attacks BBC the sweet less confident kitty. So I did it! The dreaded water bottle for corrections. Usually I deliberately miss but he was unusually persistent this morning. Now he’s laying next to me taking a bath. No hard feelings mom, the devil made me do it. #CatsofMastodon #cats #Sunday
