Good morning and thank you Mr Mayor. #Today is what I call slacker Sunday. I veer from my normal routine and just take it easy. Looks like a nice day in the woodlands of #MO sunny and temps in mid 50’s. A hike maybe in my future, popcorn (I’m a popcorn freak) for lunch the old fashion way with oil and a big pot, just like when I was a kid. I love to cook so something tasty for dinner maybe shrimp Alfredo, we’ll see. Enjoy your Sunday!

#Today getting lipid panel drawn, which means fasting.Only water. Ugh. Then swung by my dentist office to make an appointment I’ve been putting off since the plague started. On the way I always pass this house that has too many outside kitties. Always. I mean really it’s 22°F and there’s two small cats prob 6mos old torbie’s which means they will be having kitties themselves in no time. Makes me crazy. I’d Like to help, but out here you might just get shot. Workout now HappyFriday!

#Today #Thursday is cloudy/cold.Super senior kitty is on her 2nd plate of gruel she’s 5lbs so she rules, yesterday I counted 7meals. Fed the cathouse kitties about 7 it appears they had a celebration last night, although I haven’t discovered the beer cans/pizza boxes yet. I’ll sweep all the toys up in a pile and save my back from all the picking up. Little Guy(diabetic #cat) is feeling really good and play fighting with his brother, whence the party. Makes me happy ?

Just trying to get the morning workout done but Dominator #cat is in a predatory state and bullying BBC. If he keeps this up Time Out is in his future. Curbside pick up later but was just informed my guy’s gonna do it. Yay. Nice sunny day here in the woodlands of #MO high temps in the 50’s F. Need to find inspiration for an acrylic painting. My DIL informed me she wants a painting for her 40th in March. Just haven’t been feelin it. Kick ass #today.

My husband and I had a renovated school bus that we traveled around the United States and a motorcycle for country road riding and 2 bicycles. We traveled with our dog and cats. He could fix anything on the bus but it became too much. I miss it all a lot.

#Today is #Friday. Happy tgif for all that celebrate. Most of my career was in Respiratory Therapy hence working every other weekend, so the best thing about the weekend was the absence of doctors upsetting the natural flow of things.
18 degrees F and sunny in the woodlands of#MO when my kitty alarm clock chimed and that would be Chaka Khan #cat who is turning 20 sometime this spring.
Critters all fed/watered, litter boxes cleaned, breakfast done and now workout time?? Be kind it’s contagious

#Today I am going to believe in myself and be patient with myself while I get blood sugars from my diabetic #cat I have to prick (haha) his ear before breakfast and a couple hours after every meal. I don’t like doing it, but he’s the best kitty ever, so far good numbers. Hopefully we won’t have to increase his insulin anymore. Then off to town to run errands. Cloudy chilly and slightly rainy day in the woodlands of #Missouri. Make it a good day. Be kind it’s contagious.

#Today and everyday The Dude munches his salad before his chicken breakfast. Later, could be found remnants of his greens and usually on a rug, as he follows the #cat handbook.

#Today watching a critical care physician tearing up about treating the #MSU students just makes me sad and mad AGAIN.
Raining in the woodlands of #MO. Getting on with morning workout, last couple of days I’ve been icing a knee flair up/ walking slower, it’s always wrapped for workouts. I think today pushing full steam ahead.
Searching for a new book to open #booksodon finished a lengthy one yesterday by Eric Larson. Evenings watching a Netflix series called You. ?

Soggy soil put a damper on my long hike #today but still managed to get outside and move. While cleaning the #cat house one of the cats just went bat shit crazy running up and down the ladders to the 3rd level and down again, to the window perches, on to the back of the couch like a psycho demon upsetting the other kitties and me, and then, there it was, what caused this whole dramatic fiasco. A clinging turd finally flinging from his little pink eye. And all was well. ?

#Today is happy #Caturday good people and thank you @Mrfunkedude for all your encouragement and reminders. It’s a nice sunny day in the woodlands of #MO. It was 17 degrees F when I awoke but it’s warming quickly. A great day for a long hike. BTW baby Thomas was discharged from his 6 days in the NICU yesterday afternoon. Cultures negative but his thermostat was stuck on cold. Better now, it’s very premie like.
