I'm dealing with the dumpster fire my career has become. As my co-worker transitions towards retirement, I'm now the clearinghouse for all problems. I plan on asking for a big raise at my review in April!

Just trying to get the morning workout done but Dominator #cat is in a predatory state and bullying BBC. If he keeps this up Time Out is in his future. Curbside pick up later but was just informed my guy’s gonna do it. Yay. Nice sunny day here in the woodlands of #MO high temps in the 50’s F. Need to find inspiration for an acrylic painting. My DIL informed me she wants a painting for her 40th in March. Just haven’t been feelin it. Kick ass #today.

#Today I'm gonna attempt to make vegan blue cheese.
I've really missed a good charcuterie board ever since my dairy allergy Dx. And to me a blue cheese is the pièce de résistance of a charcuterie board.
Also the boring adult life things of cleaning the kitchen and maybe doing some laundry.

@Mrfunkedude testing testing 123 checking if my voice dictation works because I barked my wrist by falling down outside onto the sidewalk. Looks like it's working more or less, which is good. I went to the ER yesterday and they gave me a splint. And just told me the nuke it with over-the-counter meds.

I'm just not good at dealing with the younger people in a work setting. I've always been a workaholic who strives to do the best work possible, thanks OCD. The kids starting don't want to work and the work they do is 1/4 assed at best. I have to call too much for info they should supply.
I'm going to look at a new chainsaw at lunch, it's completely unrelated to my work issues, I just need one. ?

Today I visited 2 dozen herons, all posing like statues as they sit on their nests atop some trees. Not a leaf on the trees, but some of the smaller shrubs have buds. Some early glimmers of spring sprouting.
Also, I renewed by my California Driver's license by passing the written and vision tests. It was touch and go with my funky right eye, but I'm free to drive 'til my 76th birthday. Wrote two haiku and worked on my other writing projects.
