Heart of a Crone (Milly)Today I visited 2 dozen herons, all posing like statues as they sit on their nests atop some trees. Not a leaf on the trees, but some of the smaller shrubs have buds. Some early glimmers of spring sprouting.
Also, I renewed by my California Driver's license by passing the written and vision tests. It was touch and go with my funky right eye, but I'm free to drive 'til my 76th birthday. Wrote two haiku and worked on my other writing projects.
