@georgia Outside of the major cities India is a beautiful country. I have a few friends that migrated here from India and they are good people.

Most people judge India from the stereotypes they are fed by the media, which is a shame because its actually a great place of many contrasts.

@SuperDicq @Forestofenchantment @teto Thats a factually true claim that children contribute nothing to society and I understand the point your making. Kids just cost a fortune and the drive to nurture them is an evolutionary trick. Their purpose is solely to provide future adults to replace the older generations, a pragmatic viewpoint that usually emotionally rubs people the wrong way.

There was a time when children did contribute to society, working in factories and mines. Their small hands and keen eyesight were well suited to ore sorting by hand, and small bodies fitting in small spaces to dangerous for adults. If one died you just made another one to replace it.

That was around the time it was legal to sail a boat to Africa and bring back a hippo, but alas, modern ethics, so putting children in jobs to dangerous for adults and stealing hippos from Africa was outlawed.

@newt I bet she spends almost all her time in the bedroom on her smartphone. Thats what all the Japanese kids I host do. Some eat all their meals in their rooms too.

I'm used to their habits. One just come out of his hole and started cooking his dinner right while I'm typing this status.. Just like clockwork haha. Its chicken and fried rice. Smells good.

Irony. I'm laying in bed door open watching TV from a distance while on my phone shitposting and wearing headphones listening to music lol
