@skinnylatte Alas, https://mrt.sg/mrt-lines is apparently official and yet hasn't been updated to show the new Circle Line stations. And Cantonment does not yet show up in the fare calculator https://mrt.sg/fare either.

@skinnylatte ¿Does the Dhoby Ghaut spur act as a shuttle or does it proceed to follow the entire loop? I have this picture of trains entering the spur never to return, until they back up all the way to Promenade and block looping trains from proceding.

I looked at several webpages about the Circle Line and nary a mention as to how the full loop and the spur interact.

@skinnylatte I attempted to suss it out using the https://sgtrainstatus.com/timing/lines/circle-line website, but it seems even they have clockwise and anti-clockwise confused - label shows "clockwise" but first run appears to be anti-clockwise, last run clockwise. It also doesn't - as of 5 pm PDT July 21 - seem to have been updated to the full circular route, showing only Dhoby Ghaut to Harbourfront.

@skinnylatte ¿What about the humidity? When I was in Sg, I tried washing and drying some clothing in my hotel room. Even after hanging overnight they weren't dry. I ironed some underwear until it was dry, then tracked down a laundromat to dry the rest.

@Gargron It would be nice if the images on the store respected reduce motion. That resizing the image on hover messes with my eyes, even though I have Firefox set to 3fps.

¿Any word on the revised transit between Marin and Sonoma? ¿Are the SMART trains crowded on weekdays now that there's the only bus service between San Rafael and Santa Rosa is in the peak direction during rush hour?

@skinnylatte I visited Singapore when the MRT was much smaller, just one (long) line. It took ages to get around by bus. MRT is so much better.

Heads up that, as of this evening (1/6/26 ~6:30 pm) the one remaining working Clipper fare machine at BART Glen Park Station is only taking coins and credit/debit cards, not bills.
