and it's not "addiction" to any one thing, for us. It's stimulation in general. When we're understimulated, we get metaphorically jittery and start looking for stuff to do – but that stuff can be a game, it can be music, etc.

Medication would help (since it would provide the stimulation we need), but the rest of it? Bah. Sounds overly pathologizing.
