    What was feeding the office fires? Reportedly it was burning for hours. What kind of fuel, how much fuel sustains fires for 1, 2, 3 hours at the intensity that would compromise the structural integrity of a 47-level concrete building?

    Even if there were open natural gas lines, the ambient would insulate the largest fires. I am melting aluminum cans in an insulated furnace, and its difficult to pour into forms because of the ambient cools the aluminum too fast.

    Rebars, H-Beams, concrete and steel would require so many megajoules sustained for how many hours?

    No, it makes no sense to me.

    What blows up the star into a supernova is when it reaches the point of making iron. Also, only the stars with sufficient mass can turn into supernova, making iron and heavier elements require that much energy.

    In my teens I worked in a steel foundry, putting together the composition to load and feed the furnaces. The oxygen furnaces burned for 10 - 12 hours to melt 80 tons each of recycled junk.

    You cannot "learn" about this stuff unless you experience this in reality, hear the roaring of the gas and oxygen nozzles, and feel the heat of Hell (2000+ Celsius).

    No fucking way can you melt H-beams of structural steel in the open ambient.

    Well, you cannot blame them. Catholicism is Ceremonies, Dogma - and most importantly Hierarchy. Its just another "civic" institution.

    I am "churchless". I grew up as a Roman Catholic altar-boy, seriously. I lived in a big old church - I rang the multi-tons bells in a tower with ticker ropes than my arms were at a time. I ran to rang them for noon, for church, during church, for funerals, for weddings. I play the organ while someone else pumped the air... I was to be a kick-ass priest.

    Then I lost my parents at age 13 and I was adopted by my father's sister. They were 7th Day Adventists, and I lived the life of a protestant with the same faithfulness as before.

    There is no Church. There is only Christ.

    Only a few will be saved - and we see just how few we are.
    I do not "attend Church" because church is man-made and everything man-made is corrupt. Jesus did not create yet another religion, Jesus brought us Faith and Hope.

    The Pope, Mohamed, Joseph Smith, Mirza Hoseyn 'Ali Nuri, Lafayette Ronald Hubbard et. al. created religion, just to name a few. Do not mistake Jesus for one of them, or you will not "come Home".

    Every time you read someone bitching about capitalism, unless they are indoctrinated revolutionaries, the bitching is really about human tendencies.

    Its the fundamental human tendency that rots every and all system, including "religion" or "charity". As the saying goes, we cannot design a civilization, the best we can hope for is to survive it.

    Painting with the wide brush of "capitalism is bad" is an attitude more dangerous that capitalism itself. The reason being that its certain you have nothing better to replace it with, so the opportunists and the criminals going to hijack your half-baked ideology.

    Going forward this is not going to change, misinformation is here to stay forever.

    Maybe an "immutable image format" can help. Once you save a copy, the timestamp is saved with it?

    I know, this theory is full of holes and I am not a coder to make intelligent recommendations - but there is an antidote to forgery in image files, we just need to identify one then develop one.

    All I can do is to inform about "immutable" storage, to show how desperately we need people to demand their uses from officials.
