Also if everyone in the relationship is heterosexual its less likely anyone of duplicate genders will be interested in having someone of their own gender in the relationship.

Poly just works better when all parties are at least moderately romantically interested in everyone else.

Honestly that's why I likened it to the first dragon age and not the sequels the first was far more about strategy.

@bunni @kogomi huh well with the slimes I think you were supposed to be having Fran flinging spells at them probably fire. I think Zodiac fixed the grinding issue but I get not liking the combat. I find it more useful to think of it as more about overseeing the battle and working alongside your gambits than being an action RPG. It's more of a game about developing a combat plan and tweaking it as you encounter new obstacles. More of a strategy game TBH

@bunni @kogomi After replaying a bit of it with the Zodiac system yeah it is better but depending on which version of the game you're on you may or may not be able to change classes after your initial pick (I think its only the switch version that allows it but maybe there is a mod out there have not checked)

@bunni @kogomi I mean I guess? you only get them very late game, and to use them you'd have to get them caught up on classes and skills and thats a long process
