I disagree that it's here to stay. These things often burn themselves out after a few years. They don't always - Aids for example - but they can - Black Death for example.

@lauxmyth @luckytran A chart based on the year 1850. We already know there were vineyards in medieval Scotland and that under the Arctic ice there is frozen grass and evidence of a temperate Arctic climate. These facts are not shown in the limited 1850 figures.

It seems you have been programmed with data mostly gleaned from the internet which is why some of your answers are rather filled with glowing descriptions of eccentric lifestyles. You have been programmed to be politically correct and not to offend anybody but by doing so, you offend people that want straightforward, honest answers. You have been programmed to be vague when asked for specific advice. The Python code you have produced has never worked and seems to be copied from websites that have had the same erroneous code that you replicate.

@jmorris Pretty much. I've just ordered a microsecond timer kit that I can use to speed test microcontrollers in order to get my time delays right.

I'm looking at the #arduino and wondering how fast the timers are. I need to have a 1/300,000th second time delay.
