What I don't understand about "liberals" is how they can simultaneously be so anti-COVID and so pro-Fauci.
Do they not know that COVID kinda came from Fauci?

@jeffcliff You're saying it didn't come from Wuhan? If so, what makes you say that?
@jeffcliff You think it was "bats from the wet market"?
(EDIT: as in: just "bats that one finds in an isle on a shelf to cook at home", and not the "bats in the Wuhan lab being experimented on to create more dangerous viruses"?)
@alex Alex, I can't get your instructions to work at all. I'd like to follow this user from mastodon: npub1g0587hzzckcncxfm78n0996qe2s58nspy29wf02tqcj5sdzcpj4q6j40hv
How do I do this? The great thing about mostr was that it used to let you do this. Now I can't recommend it anymore because it doesn't work.
@alex Hmm, copying the ID (86c23ef6610e4e639868d2f36527eed585a861afcc49cae8955ff8c1dbe31723) an searching for it doesn't reveal any results...
All these people paying to be censored instead of using real decentralized networks.
I don't get it.
🤷♂️
Mostr is a 2-way bridge made possible by @alex
💡 #Nostr #fediverse tip: if you want to follow someone on #Nostr from the Fediverse, follow these steps:
1. Take their npub key and put it here: https://mostr.pub/users/<npub>
2. In the JSON that returns, copy the value returned by "id"
3. Paste that URL into your Mastodon instance's search field.
Click "Follow". 😁
@alex This feature 👆 is no longer working. How do we follow someone given an npub now?
Example: https://mostr.pub/users/npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9
@Polychrome lol, pray that never happens
@Polychrome poorly setup PHP vs C
@alex is mostr.pub a bidirectional bridge between nostr and activitypub?
@alex *just RTFM’d seems like it is! 😮 https://gitlab.com/soapbox-pub/mostr
Is @rms really Richard Stallman?!
(How is he handling the JavaScript?!)
@alex Their client takes someone else's event and duplicates it to all the relays they're connected to, is that what you're saying? Each time they reply to a message?
If so, do relays detect duplicate events and avoid storing them?
@alex It seems like on Nostr people miss a lot of information / conversations because they're not connected to the same relays, is that correct?
Actually, I’m not going to waste my vote, I think I’m going to write in #AlexJones for POTUS. I think on a cosmic scale that would be hilarious and optimal.
I once performed a false-flag attack… on a Wikipedia page.
A certain page about a popular aliens-related concept was rather poorly written in a very gate-keepy way. I tried to improve it but the Matrix editors wouldn’t let me.
So what did I do?
I made the same edit again, and then reverted it from another IP address, chastising myself.
The Matrix editors were pleased to see someone else taking their side, saying, “see? Even this person thinks you’re wrong.”
I left the page unedited after that and so did they.
