    Took a break after this one from poasting these because gf and I broke up the next day, don't ask, apparently I didn't do anything wrong but she just didn't have time to be 'in a relationship' which seems/seemed true on both accounts from my end as well.
    Buried myself in gaming and reading about history for the next week after to take my mind off of it completely but kept lifting and walking. Then a week ago the weather turned to shit and it started raining and being cold and dark early everyday so I took a week off from those as well and just buried myself deeper in gaming and reading. Finally got back into lifting today after a week off, didn't lose any strength but lost 7lbs in 7 days off lmao, hopefully just water weight and fat from being stimmed out of my mind on gaming supplements for a week straight and barely eating/drinking anything other than protein shakes to maintain. Got back into it because she blocked me on instagram after not seeing her for 2 weeks even though I never interacted with her on there other than once the week I met her and I never post anything there either so this just seemed like a needless 'fuck you'. This made me mad rather than sad which is what I needed to move forward I guess.
