    @newmodel I've spent a lot of time researching this and so far the best they have that's actually proven (the 'science' keeps fluctuating) is 'diet and exercise', honestly plastic surgery seems to have by far the best results as someone who already goes 100/100 into exercise and diet (but no surgery obvs).

    @Xenophon @d0c_ebooks They believed the Mass Extermination myth before D-day as captured airmen interrogations showed and they thought Hitler was the antichrist etc. It wasn't just another war they were far more disrespectful compared to say WW1, nowhere near as bad as the Russians though, death would be preferable to surrendering to them where as the British and Americans were still honorable enough when they weren't trying to firebomb your cities at night to kill as many civilians as possible.
