    @Soy_Magnus @Yoruka @Forestofenchantment Oh yeah that reminds me, the ent host bots have some pretty aggressive ip blocks in place, mostly VPN IPs, so if you're trying to play over a VPN you'll probably have problems joining. If that happens I'll use my host bot, you'll get like twice the ping but it'll actually work and it won't kick you for it.

    @fba transfem.social is a weird inclusion, also glancing at the extended list, nadeko.pw caught my eye and... what the fuck lol, it's pleroma but nodeinfo, ./instance, etc. yield http.cat's 404 pic with a 200 status code and no content-length. If anyone's seen it federate can you let them know their shit's fucked?
    edens.faith is similar but with cuckflare and probably no instance at all, instead it asks us to "kindly piss off". Sounds pretty tranny to me.

    @roland I have been using sway the whole time I've been travelling (almost 3 months) and it has been pretty fine. Wallpaper never worked, but otherwise just werked. Granted, I was using it minimally, running stuff like finch and wc3 directly in other ttys instead.
    Only in the last few days did I really try integrating them, and worked out that foot and alacritty both have a bug that prevents you using finch, but it's specifically related to them, not to wayland or sway.

    So today, about an hour ago, I opened hyprland. "auto" scaling mode for some fucking reason defaults to 1.5 which screws with wine's virtual desktop (though I wonder if I need it under these circumstances). Also wallpaper requires deferring to some other program and hyprpaper's docs straight up say the way to use it to rotate through a folder is with an empty config file and a shell script. Otherwise mostly just werking.

    (Thanks to @djsumdog@wherever the fuck for the recommendation, his blog post about hyprland basically said "better sway".)
