Most of Muhammad's debates were with jews, the tenants of the religion more resemble judaism, with bits of Christian lore mixed in from stories he heard on the road and from his first wife. Medina was also a jewish city before Muhammad was forced to drive them out (they wouldn't stop trying to jew him)

    There were some Christian heretics in Arabia at the time but they were a minority, whereas diaspora jews were common.

    @georgia @sathariel @lilli Read the whole Comedy if you do. The Inferno is the juicy part but it's important to understand the entire hierarchy.

    Guenon saw the Comedy as part of the same tradition as the Vedas. I don't agree with him because the Divine Mountain pattern doesn't seem to exist outside Jewish/Christian mysticism but I understand why he does. For Dante, everyone is exactly where they intended to be in a way reminiscent of karma.

There's no money in crowdfunding political ventures, they're funded through independently wealthy people who donate privately or run networks, like the Daily Wire, which Candace Owens essentially ousted herself from by speaking her mind.

    I'm not going to assume ill of anyone who puts their wallet on the line for a greater good even if they make mistakes.
