Fedi friends, I come to you tonight with an urgent request. A friend of mine tonight was in a car accident and her car was totaled 😞

She is uninjured, but now needs help with her rent until the insurance company can payout for her to get a new car. This was her daily driver and now has to pay for rides to work and to school.

@jerry even with oil prices going down, gas prices in northern Nevada haven't budged even a penny. I've been paying $4.17/gallon for several months

@skinnylatte personally I'd be ok with more Gordon Ramsay but there's only so much of him to go around

@skinnylatte there was once an amazing show called 'The thirsty traveler' which was a white guy doing this. He did it soooooo well though, sometimes a little goofy, but every episode was preparing a meal in accordance with local customs for where they were that episode.

@georgetakei I wouldn't watch it even if Tim Allen wasn't a liar. I tried watching "Last Man Standing" and he was just plain mean.

No wonder he's desperate but he's also non-apologetic about his attitude.
