@silverwizard I mean, names, logos, and graphic designs can be considered as trademarks (not copyrights), and while a keyboard itself isn't, I could see the whole graphic design package as being subject to that, but I'm not a lawyer and if I were this would not be my field.

@silverwizard yeah, I could see the visuals being a problem (with the keyboard, too). But a lot of the forks do significantly alter the presentation.

the wordle DMCA takedowns are interesting to me because I was under the impression that game mechanics are not copyrightable.
