    @hellomiakoda @steeph I’m with you…I prefer the manual restart. The way I see people handling the automation is to use a RPi or something as the NUT server,l and only having it tell the UPS to really turn back on once it has a sufficient battery level. Something similar could also be wired to the power switch jumper on your server motherboard? Really all of it only seems worthwhile to me if I needed to recover from power outages while offsite.

    @hellomiakoda @pudgypenguin I don’t think WinCo has any delivery. Costco has Instacart…so 20-50% surcharge :(

    @pudgypenguin @hellomiakoda Costco is good. If you are PDX, I like WinCo, which is employee owned.

    @hellomiakoda I don’t know much about it and it would be best to have professional help (if that was free), but a number of people have said in my hearing that you should just call the IRS and be friendly/pathetic. The workers there are not cops and are not terribly interested in your small change, so they might be able to just make it go away. I’d look around for personal accounts of that process?

    @mcmullin Thank you for the lovely encouragement. I’d add:
    1) You don’t have to wear a mask in every situation or even consistently to benefit yourself.
    2) Every time you wear a mask and show that it is “normal” you help someone else.
    We can help ourselves and each other and it is so easy.

    @mekkaokereke I agree with your entire point and would expand on it. But what can she do if there are no majorities? How would you have changed anything with Manchin and Sinema? Presidents can only do so much, and the Democratic coalition has recently only functioned at all by accepting that it is infiltrated. I’m so desperate to see what we’d get done if we had a 60% majority in congress, and I don’t know what I’d have had Biden do differently without that. Maybe this time we can ditch the filibuster…but we still need 50 votes.

    To be clear: this isn’t your problem to solve. The damn electeds should be figuring something out. I just don’t know what options there are.
