My theory is that being a leftie stopped being an issue as fountain pens slowly got replaced by pencils or ball-point pens. As a leftie, I have never been able to successfully use a fountain pen. This is because the ink has not dried fast enough as my hand moves left-to-right over the paper. Smears all over. When writing with quills dipped in liquid ink, I imagine it was even worse.

The roller ball pens are the closest to a fountain pen experience I will ever get, thanks to modern ink technology.

I'm almost 60 and I had never heard of this before right now. Mind blown and I am finding it super fascinating. I am also very opposite - a very visual thinker and my dreams often have Hollywood level production for the sets (although the writers are crap). I even had dreams with rolling end credits.

Then again, I have a very limited sense of smell. Weird…

Got my eID validated in person yesterday, and today succeeded with signing the petition. At least I’m now more ready for the next one :)

Clearly, the product was NOT used in accordance with the Terms of Service, right?

Manufacturers of nails, nuts and ball bearings can't really be held responsible when their products are being used in a pipe bomb.

Responsibility must lie squarely with the party who added explosives to the pagers, then sent the command to detonate. It seems we have a good idea about who that is.
