@phnt @p @NonPlayableClown @Zergling_man Migration was one of the earliest things he talked about doing so if you didn't know you probably aren't in a good position to pick teams.

How it would work depends on your interpretation of how NOSTR infrastructure should be used. It's not clear how you'd go about making anything permanent without just centralizing everything on one relay.

But if you're fine with just keeping posts and account details that have been bridged with Mostr to various relays, for example, in theory all you need is to use that key pair directly. You don't even have to move anything new.

The only problem is how to do it securely. NOSTR can't rotate private keys, so you have to trust a middle man to deliver the private key to the user.

@phnt @p @NonPlayableClown @Zergling_man I get both sides of the Gleason Question but you aren't exactly representing the situation honestly either. He didn't just ditch Rebased with no game plan, he's always been clear that he plans a clear path for old instances to migrate to Ditto.

If anything he was too nice. Gleason refused to say a negative word about Graf for literally years while Graf can't go 2 weeks without getting drunk and antagonizing and bullying random people in the community into coddling him.
