@SuperDicq as always: it depends. If you just stand at it — that's a knee destruction speedrun. The idea is either a treadmill or changing between sitting and standing throughout a day.

In most CIS counrties I know the rules are the same, but using the horn in any other context will result in nothing at all.
So I've recently had a guy honking under my window rushing his friend to get out and into his car. At 3AM. Cool!

Yes, they animated all of this by hand, so doing the whole thing would be very hard, time-consuming and expensive.
It's just as if they knew something while doing the original and went with CGI for this reason...

Also in later Initial D seasons there were manually animated technical scenes, and they were fine.

When I first got it shown to me by a friend (the *kansei dorifuto* scene), I immediately noticed not the absence of the eurobeat, but how like half of the Takumi' actions and the 86' movements were missing, stealing away most of the scene' impact.
The original clearly showed all this nerdy stuff while still making everything necessary obvious enough for normies, this was completely gone in the Legends.

I just treat the new Trigun as a separate thing, it'pretty good this way. Not the anime of the decade, but good.

Initial D Legends is just dumb though, completely agree. I do my best to forget it exists after every time it's mentioned, and it's pretty easy to do.

Studded winter tires are cool and work very well, but good ones cost a pretty penny.

There also are filesystem updates to necessitate a reboot lol, what a time to be alive.

It does still have pretty important stuff in point releases though. But I guess it depends on your workload. If you exclusively run it as a VM/container host and nothing is on bare metal, than it's mostly fine, until there's a sandbox-bypassing CVE found. And they do get found, exploited and fixed.
