Feeling a little grunky from my second shingles shot yesterday, but not too bad. I’m thrilled to have them done. Anything we can do to shore up our health and defenses, right?

Got this notice from BC/BS of NC yesterday. Our insurance (without Republicans approving the subsidy) is about to go from $266/month to $2984/month. More than our rent. Letters like this are going out around the country. Make noise everybody.
