Setting a title makes the activity stream a type=Article instead of type=Note. Mastodon does only display Notes.
If you want a CW on mastodon, you have to put the CW-Text in between [abstract][/abstract]. Friendica doesn't display it's content than.
This behaviour is described deeply hidden in your friendica help pages (under /BBCode):For postings that are delivered via ActivityPub, the text from the abstract is placed in the summary field. On Mastodon this field is used for the content warning. -
